Hyvity partners with HYDROGRID to future proof investment in Chile's 450 MW pumped storage project

French renewable energy developer Hyvity works with HYDROGRID for the feasibility and development of 450 MW closed-loop pumped storage hydropower (PSH) project in Chile.

‍Vienna, September 3rd, 2025 – As part of the ongoing development, Hyvity has chosen HYDROGRID Insight to simulate a wide range of investment decision scenarios. The goal: to evaluate how the PSH project can best integrate with nearby renewable energy portfolios and maximize regional energy value.

Why simulate before breaking ground?
