Ralph has deep experience within large corporations and start-ups, in both the software and energy industries. This is drawn from roles including Non-executive Chair, CEO and consultant.

He enjoys helping teams achieve clarity and shared direction in complex business environments.  

Ralph has a First Class Honours Degree from Cambridge University.
