Janice Goodenough has background in Applied Mathematics and more than 18 years' experience in the energy & hydro power industry. She is currently the CEO of HYDROGRID, member of the Board of the German Chamber of Commerce in Austria, and member of the Board of the International Hydropower Association.  

HYDROGRID offers a digitalisation platform for water management, maintenance & production planning for hydropower which is used by hydro power producers in 20 countries across 4 continents.
